1. Who We Are
Flow State Suite LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) is an AI consulting and automation firm based in Johns Creek, Georgia. We build custom automation systems for small and mid-sized businesses.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit flowstatesuite.com (the “Site”) or contact us about our services.

2. Information We Collect
When you fill out a contact or intake form, we collect:
- Your name and business name
- Your email address and/or phone number
- Information you choose to share about your business or needs
Automatically collected information (standard web server logs):
- Browser type and version
- Pages visited and time spent on the Site
- Referring URL
- IP address (not linked to identity)
We do not use tracking pixels, third-party ad networks, or behavioral analytics tools on this Site. We do not use Google Analytics or similar services.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Respond to your inquiry or schedule a consultation
- Provide the services you request
- Send service-related communications (project updates, invoices)
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.
4. How We Store and Protect Your Information
Information you submit through this Site is received via email or form submission and stored in password-protected, access-controlled environments (Google Workspace). Only Matthew Eeuwes, Founder, has access to this information by default.
Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We do not store payment information — all billing is processed through secure third-party payment providers.
We retain contact and inquiry records for up to 2 years from last contact, then delete them. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
5. Cookies
This Site does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. Standard session cookies may be set by your browser for basic site functionality only. No cookie consent banner is required because we do not use non-essential cookies.
6. Third-Party Services
This Site may be hosted on infrastructure provided by third-party cloud providers. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually bound to data security obligations.
If you click any external links on this Site (e.g., to schedule a call via a third-party scheduling tool), you leave our Site and that provider's own privacy policy applies.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the information we hold about you
- Correct — request correction of inaccurate information
- Delete — request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Opt out — unsubscribe from any communications at any time

8. California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale. 9. Children's Privacy
This Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve or as laws change. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
